Qualifications

• 10+ years of progressive senior financial leadership experience, including budgeting, forecasting and performance analysis.
• Experience as CFO, VP Finance, or equivalent with multi‑division accountability.
• Strategic finance planning aligned with business strategy.
• Experience in manufacturing, logistics, transportation, or material processing environments.
• Ability to develop FP&A capabilities and partner with operations.
• Strong analytical capability to interpret data and drive decisions.
• Proven ability to lead cross‑functional teams and communicate with stakeholders.
• Demonstrated leadership, discretion, and stakeholder management.

Responsibilities

• Lead finance, accounting and related teams; ensure governance and controls.
• Oversee multi‑year financial strategy, capital planning, and treasury.
• Drive reporting accuracy, risk management, and regulatory compliance.
• Partner with operations, commercial, legal, HR, safety, and procurement to improve decisions.
• Provide data‑driven insights and ownership materials for lenders and owners.
• Represent finance in executive leadership discussions and strategic initiatives.
