Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required.
• CPA designation or progression towards CPA is required.
• At least 3 years of progressive accounting experience in a large, multi-divisional environment.
• Excellent communication and collaboration with senior leadership.
• Consultative approach and proactive problem solving.

Responsibilities

• Prepare monthly variance analysis and commentary for management review.
• Prepare balance sheet and income statement analyses and commentary.
• Maintain internal controls and accounting procedures.
• Prepare timely monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements.
• Support year-end audit and preparation of working papers.
• Assist in budgeting and forecasts development.
• Assist with invoicing and collaboration with divisional managers.
• Mentor accounting staff and support workflow planning.
• Other duties as assigned.
