The Mission

We are now hiring a Growth & Lead Generation Specialist to own both sides of our lead engine:

• Generate booked appointments and exclusive leads for contractors across North America (landscaping, general contracting, trades)
• Build growth systems that generate inbound leads for NearU (landing pages, Meta ads, SEO, email flows, outbound automations) and lead the charge in AI agent innovation to power and protect NearU’s digital ecosystem.

You are not looking for another marketing job. You want ownership, results, and the freedom to build systems that scale without constant oversight.

• You know how to get local service businesses booked solid using Google Ads, Meta Ads, GBP optimization, local SEO, retargeting, and conversion-focused funnels
• You have built and tested lead magnets, landing pages, and growth funnels to drive leads for your agency or employer
• You move quickly, make data-driven decisions, and are confident experimenting in motion
• You have created automations that replace repetitive work and are comfortable using Zapier, GPT APIs, and basic Python
• You are fluent in English and French and thrive in a remote, self-directed environment

What You’ll Do

Lead Generation for Our Clients

• Plan, launch, and scale Google Ads and Meta Ads campaigns for local service businesses (Search, Performance Max, Facebook and Instagram Lead Ads, Retargeting)
• Optimize rank and rent SEO websites across hundreds of cities and services (on-page SEO, schema markup, internal linking, backlinks)
• Improve Google Business Profile rankings through reviews, geotagged content, and regular posting

Growth for NearU

• Build high-converting landing pages and funnels to attract top-tier contractor leads (Webflow, Replit, GoHighLevel, etc.)
• Run Meta and Google Ads campaigns to generate inbound interest in NearU
• Test and iterate on lead magnets, ad angles, chatbot flows, retargeting, and email sequences

Analytics, Automation and Innovation

• Analyze performance across channels using GA4, Looker Studio, Google Sheets, and custom dashboards
• Build and optimize AI and automation workflows using Zapier, Make, GPT tools, and Python
• Launch and refine growth experiments such as AI chatbots, outbound bots, local funnel variants, and retargeting sequences

What You Bring

• At least 2 years of experience generating local leads through Google Ads, Meta Ads, Google Business Profile, and local SEO
• A proven track record building client acquisition funnels including landing pages, lead magnets, and retargeting workflows
• Deep familiarity with Zapier, Make, GPT tools, or similar automation platforms
• Comfort with basic Python for scraping, data parsing, or workflow automation
• Strong data and analytics skills including GA4, Looker Studio, and spreadsheet fluency
• Fluency in both English and French
• A proactive, curious mindset and the ability to work independently without micromanagement
