About the Role

Our client, a market-leading distributor with operations across Ireland, is undergoing a significant business transformation. As part of this strategic shift, they are seeking a Project Manager to lead the delivery of key projects spanning operational improvement, systems integration, and commercial process change.

This is a high-impact role suited to a project professional comfortable working across multiple business functions and geographies. The successful candidate will be required to travel regularly to regional and UK-based sites as part of project delivery.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead cross-functional projects aligned with the organisation’s transformation roadmap
• Collaborate with stakeholders across operations, IT, commercial, and finance functions to scope and deliver projects
• Manage project timelines, budgets, risks, and communications to ensure successful outcomes
• Support the rollout and adoption of new systems and processes across multiple locations
• Maintain clear reporting and governance structures, updating key stakeholders and senior management
• Identify and implement improvements to project delivery and change adoption

Candidate Requirements

• 3–5 years' experience in a project management role within supply chain, logistics, or a similar operational environment
• Experience delivering business transformation or systems-based projects
• Strong stakeholder engagement and communication skills, across all levels of the business
• Flexibility to travel regularly across Ireland, Northern Ireland, and the UK
• Familiar with project management methodologies (Agile, Waterfall, or hybrid)
• Project management certification (e.g. PRINCE2, PMP) is an advantage
