Job summary

Caseware is seeking a Group Product Manager for the AI Platform to lead PMs owning AI surfaces, eval builder, and KPI-driven delivery. You’ll convert four streams into one coherent roadmap, partner with engineering and applied science, and influence a culture of high-performance and collaboration.

You’ll guide the team to deliver practical AI capabilities for audit workflows, balancing depth with leadership craft, and work from our Toronto office three days a week in a hybrid model.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of product management, including leadership of other PMs.
• Ability to coordinate multiple concurrent workstreams with overlapping dependencies.
• Comfort as an orchestrator, not a single roadmap owner.
• Experience with AI/ML-driven products preferred; technical fluency for discussions.

Responsibilities

• Partner with PMs to align AI Platform roadmap with organizational goals.
• Foster process improvement and employee engagement across AI product, engineering, and applied science teams.
• Translate audit pain points into AI features, requirements, and acceptance criteria.
• Track KPIs and product metrics to drive strategic decision-making.
