City of Cambridge is seeking Fitness Instructors to teach a variety of classes for adults and older adults across several specialties. Instructors must create engaging, safe experiences and adapt to all skill levels while building ongoing relationships with participants.

Qualifications

• Current certification from an accredited fitness organization.
• One year of experience teaching group fitness to adults and older adults.
• Exceptional customer service and communication skills.
• Must be at least 18 years of age.

Responsabilités

• Plan, organize and deliver high quality safe and stimulating lessons for all levels.
• Maintain current with industry trends and complete administrative duties (attendance, incident/accident reports).
• Maintain a safe and tidy program space; manage equipment; attend trainings; report concerns to supervisor.
• Participate in all assigned mandatory staff training.
