Job summary

Fuse Fitness Studio seeks a fantastic Group Fitness Instructor who enjoys leading Older Adult classes and who has experience with older adults (50+). You will deliver a variety of fun, dynamic classes for different ages and fitness levels, with optional front desk coverage and a focus on safety and engagement.

Qualifications

• Group fitness certifications or equivalent required.
• Experience working with older adults (50+) preferred.

Responsibilities

• Welcome clients into Fuse Fitness Studio and make them feel valued.
• Deliver a variety of fun and dynamic fitness classes for all ages and levels.
• Provide front desk coverage/admin support if needed.
• Deliver training safely and adapt as needed.
• Ensure sessions start on time and communicate program details.
• Relay client feedback to the Fitness Manager for service improvement.
• Implement first aid procedures when required for participant safety.
• Maintain a positive, professional atmosphere supporting clients’ progress.

Education

Group Fitness Certifications (Pilates, Yoga, Zumba, AFLCA, Canfit Pro)

Standard First Aid with CPR/AED

Experience in senior fitness support
