Job Description: The GB Implementation Team is responsible for onboarding new Group Benefits Clients and managing existing Clients’ major plan changes by employing project management skills, processes, and methodology. They work in partnership with Clients, advisors, Business Development, and all internal stakeholders to deliver value-added benefits and superior service.
Reporting to the Manager, GB Implementation, the Group Benefits Implementation Project Manager joins a team of innovative and dynamic individuals who strive to provide exceptional Client service. This role involves representing Sun Life professionally in client-facing meetings and driving value for clients and plan members. Strong relationship management skills are essential.
