Job description

  • Analyze and interpret benefits-related data, including plan performance, claims utilization, and employee census information.
  • Develop detailed financial reports, renewal evaluations, and cost projections to support strategic planning and renewal negotiations.
  • Coordinate Request for Proposals (RFPs), gather carrier quotes, and assess plan competitiveness and value.
  • Prepare clear and professional client deliverables such as presentations, benchmarking reports, and compliance documents.
  • Monitor industry trends, legislation, and emerging practices to provide relevant insights to both internal teams and clients.
  • Maintain internal systems and ensure data accuracy across all reporting and documentation.

Qualifications :

  • Post-Secondary Education in Business, Finance, Human Resources or a related field.
  • 3+ years’ experience in employee benefits, insurance, HR consulting, or actuarial analysis.
  • Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel with strong analytical and quantitative capabilities.
  • Exceptional attention to detail and organizational skills; able to manage multiple priorities.
