Job summary

BEST is seeking a dedicated maintenance/groundskeeper to keep our Sudbury, ON facilities clean, presentable, and inviting. Responsibilities include maintaining common areas, washrooms, mopping, sweeping, and cleaning exterior surfaces.

The role requires landscaping experience, physical stamina, ability to lift up to 50 lbs, and a valid driver’s license; WHMIS is an asset. We offer flexible schedules, competitive wages and benefits, employee recognition, and opportunities for advancement.

• Previous landscaping experience.
• WHMIS Certification is an asset.
• Physical stamina and mobility including the ability to reach, kneel and bend.

JOB OVERVIEW

You will be responsible for making sure your building looks clean, presentable, and inviting at all times. Some of the duties and responsibilities include maintaining common areas, and washrooms, mopping, sweeping, and wiping down the glass and other surfaces.
