Job summary

Edon Management in Edmonton is seeking reliable Snow Removal and Landscape Workers to keep Alberta properties safe and presentable year-round. You will clear snow in winter and maintain landscapes in warmer months, working outdoors and in small teams or independently.

This role emphasizes safety, hands-on workmanship, and delivering consistent results for our client sites. We offer training, dependable equipment, and opportunities to grow skills in property and facility maintenance.

Qualifications

  • Previous landscaping or maintenance experience is an asset.
  • Good command of English (written and verbal).
  • Strong customer care and communication skills.
  • Ability to operate small power equipment used in landscape maintenance.
  • Ability to work permanent hours, including early mornings, nights, weekdays, or holidays depending on weather and workload.

Responsibilities

  • Perform snow removal and landscaping duties such as shoveling, blowing, sweeping, mowing, trimming, and general grounds upkeep.
  • Inspect building grounds regularly to make sure everything looks professional and meets contract and company standards.
  • Plant, water, and maintain grass, trees, shrubs, and other greenery to keep outdoor areas healthy and attractive.
  • Help install, repair, and maintain irrigation systems and other outdoor equipment.
  • Watch for and report any safety hazards or damage that needs attention.
  • Respond promptly to work requests or emergencies, especially during snow or storm events.
  • Represent Edon positively when interacting with clients, tenants, and subcontractors.
  • Work safely, show initiative, and contribute to a positive, team-focused environment.
