Job summary

REAL is seeking a capable Maintenance Supervisor to oversee Labourers and Operators across indoor and outdoor spaces on the Regina grounds. You will assign substitutes, train staff, and ensure safety, policy updates, and quality in daily tasks during events and normal operations.

The role requires a Grade 12 education with supervisory experience and a valid Saskatchewan driver's license. Wage starts at $22.51 per hour, with opportunities to contribute to maintenance, groundskeeping and event

Qualifications

• Grade 12 education with related work experience or training.
• Minimum 3 years of supervisor experience.
• Experience operating mobile/heavy equipment is an asset.
• Valid Saskatchewan Class 5 license and clean abstract.

Responsibilities

• Oversee work of Labourers and Operators and assign substitutes.
• Instruct on use of equipment and safety procedures.
• Maintain grounds, remove snow, and assist with event setup.
• Ensure paperwork is accurate for billing and payroll.
