Country Grocer – Esquimalt location is seeking a Part-time Grocery Supervisor to lead a small team and ensure excellent customer service. You will supervise staff, handle stock orders, and maintain shelf standards while working closing shifts and weekends.

Starting pay ranges from $21.50 to $23.50 per hour, with growth up to $27.50. Educational reimbursement and other benefits are offered as part of a supportive team environment.

Qualifications

• 2 years of supervisor/management experience is an asset.
• Strong customer service focus and leadership abilities.
• Ability to manage time and priorities in a fast-paced environment.

Some of what you will do:

• Provide exemplary customer service to both our internal and external customers
• Handle all customer complaints in a positive and professional manner
• Supervise staff and ensure that all duties and responsibilities are carried out
• Order stock from suppliers
• Stock shelves, rotate and face products, build end displays
• Ensure that high standards are set and maintained for all safety issues
• Perform other duties as required

Experience:

• 2 years of supervisor/management experience considered an asset but not required

Pay for this job:

Starting Range:$21.50-$23 .50

Most new team members start within this range, depending on their experience and skills.

Growth Range:Up to $27.50

There’s room to grow! Annual performance reviews provide opportunities to move up within this range over time.

Work Schedule:

Must be available closing shifts and weekends.
