Job summary

Real Canadian Superstore is hiring Store Team Members to help provide a positive in-store shopping experience and keep shelves stocked to meet customer needs. You will engage customers with friendly conversations, assist with product availability, and support promotions as directed.

No previous experience is required; training is provided to set you up for success. Flexible hours include days, evenings, and weekends, with the ability to lift up to 50lbs throughout shifts.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Provide great customer service by ensuring shelves are stocked and responding to customer needs.
• Maintain and stock product displays and shelves to company standards.
• Ensure accurate product scanning and identify inventory needs and assist with ordering.
• Set up company-directed promotions and programs.
• Keep department areas neat and ensure health and safety standards.
