Job summary

Real Canadian Superstore is hiring Store Team Members to help deliver a positive in-store experience by stocking shelves, assisting customers, and ensuring products meet daily needs. Training provided; no previous experience required, with opportunities to grow within a unionized environment.

Flexibility to work varied hours including days, evenings and weekends, plus the ability to lift up to 50 lbs and move around the store to maintain displays and assist customers.

Responsibilities

• Provide great customer service by ensuring the store shelves are stocked and responding to customer needs.
• Maintain and stock product displays and shelves to company standards.
• Ensure accurate product scanning and assist with inventory needs and ordering.
• Set up promotions and programs as directed by the company.
• Keep department areas neat and uphold health and safety standards.
