Save-On-Foods in Surrey, BC is hiring an Assistant Department Manager, Grocery to lead a team and ensure customer-first service. You will coach staff, manage daily operations, and help develop future leaders in a dynamic retail environment.

The role requires open availability for 40 hours per week, Food Safe certification is preferred, and you’ll benefit from weekly pay, team discounts, and a comprehensive benefits package.

Formación

• Previous retail or customer service experience is an asset.
• Food Safe Certification is preferred.
• Strong work ethic and positive attitude; go the extra mile.

Responsabilidades

• Assist with leading a team, acting as a coach and mentor.
• Foster a positive environment focused on Always Customer First service.
• Engage and retain team members through training and development.
• Communicate important messages with the team.
• Develop entrepreneurial strategies to grow the business; manage stock counts.
