Job summary

Vi2vals Alimentation Inc. is seeking a hands-on supervisor for its Baie-Comeau location to lead staff, schedule shifts, merchandise, and ensure customer satisfaction.

This on-site, part-time role offers 15-30 hours weekly with potential to move to full time; salary between $16.60 and $20 per hour, negotiable.

Qualifications

• College/CEGEP or equivalent experience.
• Experience an asset; leadership and supervision skills valued.
• Fluent in French is preferred for the role and local operations.

Responsibilities

• Supervise staff (apprentices, interns, design team, etc.).
• Assign sales workers to duties.
• Order merchandise and authorize returns.
• Establish work schedules and sell merchandise.
• Prepare reports on sales volumes, merchandising and personnel matters.
• Resolve customer requests, complaints and supply shortages.
• Organize and maintain inventory; supervise and coordinate activities of workers.
• Manage cash and supervise office/volunteer staff.
