Job summary

Sobeys Inc. is seeking a Grocery Clerk Sales/Service - Tier II SW to join our team in Canada. You will deliver exceptional customer service, stock and rotate merchandise, and maintain displays to meet quality and safety standards.

You’ll work with a collaborative team, handle receiving and merchandising tasks, and contribute to a clean, organized store environment while adhering to food safety guidelines and closing procedures.

You’lldeliver exceptional customer service while preparing and merchandising products to meet quality standards.

Here’swhereyou’llbe focusing:

Receive and store merchandisein accordance withestablished standards.

Package and label products and implement price changesin accordance withestablished standards.

Place merchandise on counters and in displays.

Oversee all product rotations.

Provide exceptional and attentive customer service.

Ensure that equipment and supplies are used in a safe and efficient manner.

Ensure that workspace,countersand shelvesare clean at all times.

Comply withestablished food safety and hygiene standards.

Remain vigilant to minimize merchandise loss and breakage.

Perform any other related duties.
