Cindy Quinton Holdings LTD. o/a Cindy’s Your Independent Grocer # 1830 in Melfort, SK is hiring a Supermarket Clerk. The role requires on-site work with a hourly wage of $17.00 and full-time schedule (40 hours/week). Relocation benefits are provided by the employer. Start date as soon as possible.

Experience in a fast-paced grocery setting and ability to work varied shifts including mornings, evenings, and weekends is preferred. English is required, and training is provided on the job.

Qualifications

• English language required.
• Secondary school diploma or equivalent experience.
• 7 months to less than 1 year retail experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Bag groceries for customers.
• Direct customers to items sought.
• Unpack products and count them as received.
• Keep shelves stocked and display areas clean.
• Operate cash register and process transactions.
• Price items according to price list.
• Provide customer service and assistance.
• Fill mail or electronic orders from warehouse stock.
