• Maintains grocery department standards: keeps area clean, organized, and customer-ready.
• Stock rotation and product quality: rotates merchandise and removes expired/damaged items.
• Pricing, signing, and inventory accuracy: ensures proper signage and pricing; follows procedures for ordering, clearances, markups, markdowns, signing, and labeling.
• Food safety and sanitation: adheres to safety, handling, sanitation, and cleaning procedures.
• Stocking and modular execution: keeps department stocked and ready; handles modulars and new shelf caps.
• Health and safety compliance: follows health and safety guidelines and company policies.
• Flexibility: available for evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed.
• High task volume: manages overnight hours, plans ahead, and handles large restocking workloads.
