Job summary

Walmart Canada is seeking a Grocery Associate to deliver friendly customer service in a fast-paced retail setting. You’ll help keep the grocery area clean, organized, and well zoned while supporting stocking and sales activities.

This role starts from CAD 18.40 per hour and requires you to be at least 16 years old. You’ll work a variety of shifts including evenings, weekends, and holidays to ensure a reliable, customer-first store experience.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 16 years old.
• Experience in a grocery/retail setting is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Maintain grocery department standards to keep it clean, organized, and customer-ready.
• Rotate stock and remove expired or damaged products to ensure freshness.
• Ensure correct signing, pricing, and labeling; support ordering and markdowns as needed.
• Follow food safety, sanitation, and cleaning procedures to maintain a hygienic workplace.
• Stock and set up shelves, including modulars and new shelf caps, to keep the department ready for business.
• Follow Health and Safety guidelines and Company policies at all times.
