Qualifications

• Working toward a University degree in Actuarial Science, Math, Statistics, or related discipline with expected graduation of 2027.
• Possessing relevant actuarial experience and committing to FSA/FCIA designations (e.g. passing at least one SOA exam).
• Experience with actuarial software such as AXIS is an asset.

Responsibilities

• Help design and price insurance and annuity products.
• Establish actuarial assumptions, quantify reserves, and meet regulatory and capital requirements.
• Provide analysis and sound advice to business partners to meet strategic goals.
• Collaborate with management to identify risks and opportunities while improving performance.
• Support a culture of continuous improvement through analysis of procedures and methodologies.
• Develop insights and processes by leveraging the latest technology.
