• Schedule: Full and part-time schedules with rotating shifts. Monday - Sunday between 6:00 am - 6:30 pm. More details upon interview.
• Requirements: Cook experience preferred; willing to train.
• Pay Range: $11.50 to $13.00 per hour.

Job Summary

Summary: Prepare food and serve customers at the grill station following federal, state, and corporate standards to ensure high-quality food service.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

1. Take customer orders and prepare items requiring short preparation times. Complete orders from steam tables and serve at multiple stations.
2. Serve customers efficiently and courteously, ensuring food is at the correct temperature, attractive, and tasty. Taste all prepared food items.
3. Use established ticket-collection procedures and maintain records during service.
4. Follow approved recipes and standards to ensure quality, proper temperatures, and portion control.
5. Transport pans, kettles, and trays safely between workstations, stove, and refrigerator.
6. Store foods properly, following safety, wrapping, and dating procedures.
7. Maintain cleanliness and sanitation of work areas, equipment, and utensils.
8. Address customer concerns and report relevant issues to supervisors.
9. Attend in-service and safety meetings.
10. Maintain good relationships with coworkers, customers, and management.
11. Perform duties safely, maintaining a clean and safe work environment.
12. Perform other duties as assigned.
