Salary: CA$65,000-$75,000 a year, based on experience + comprehensive group insurance, and more.

What You’ll Do:

• Trend Research: Stay ahead of fashion and design trends to inspire innovative concepts.
• Design & Development: Create original apparel, accessories, and visual assets for web, social media, and print.
• Sketching & Prototyping: Bring ideas to life through detailed sketches and prototypes.
• Material & Visual Selection: Choose fabrics, textures, colors, and graphics aligning with brand identity.
• Brand Alignment: Ensure consistency across all design outputs, maintaining brand cohesion.
• Collaborate Cross-Functionally: Work with designers, marketers, and manufacturers to deliver high-quality products.
• Oversee Production: Guide the production process to ensure design quality and accuracy.
• Incorporate Feedback: Iterate designs based on team and client input.

What We’re Looking For:
