Computershare has an exciting opportunity for a Graphics Designer to join our Computershare Communication Services (CCS) team for a 12-month full-time contract.

A role you will love

As the Graphics Designer, you will be a key member of the CCS Creative team, responsible for executing all daily production work across multiple business lines. You will also support the Client Services teams, ensuring deliverables are produced on time and meet SLA (service level agreement) requirements. The production process includes initial setup through to final print-ready files. Our team's mission is to place the customer experience at the heart of everything we do.

Other key responsibilities include:

• Creating printed financial documents in line with established design guidelines
• Reviewing and proofing graphics, layouts, and fonts for accuracy
• Formatting logo files, client brand colors, and original imagery to meet specifications
• Providing design services that meet customer and internal business requirements and quality standards
• Continuously seeking ways to improve team policies, guidelines, quality controls, and procedures
• Maintaining current knowledge of graphic design trends and participating in ongoing skill development programs

What will you bring to the role

• Strong experience delivering functional design proofs with a solid understanding of printing technologies, including full-color and offset printing
• Experience working in a PC environment
• Proficiency in HTML, responsive email design, Adobe Creative Cloud (especially InDesign, Illustrator, and Photoshop), and Microsoft Office
• Understanding of the financial services industry and design principles
• Proven ability to manage multiple priorities simultaneously
