Job summary

EIC (Experience Internship Canada) invites motivated candidates to join as Graphic & UX/UI Design Interns. You’ll contribute to visual materials and digital interfaces, with tasks spanning graphic design, UX/UI mockups, or integrated projects.

Expected to build a portfolio and work in an international setting. The internship is offered in Canada across Montreal, Toronto or Vancouver, with supervision to develop your skills and responsibilities over time.

Qualifications

• You are studying graphic design, UX/UI, visual communications or digital design.
• You can share an academic, personal or professional portfolio.
• You use Figma and/or graphic design tools relevant to your specialization.
• You can explain design decisions and incorporate feedback methodically.
• You are comfortable communicating in English; French is an asset for collaboration.
• You can work collaboratively, seek feedback and suggest practical improvements.

Responsibilities

• Understand objectives, audience and constraints of each asset.
• Create visuals for campaigns, social media and presentations.
• Apply brand guidelines and develop consistent design variations.
• Analyze navigation steps and identify points of friction.
• Create wireframes and prototypes addressing project needs.

EIC (Experience Internship Canada) is looking for motivated candidates to join its teams as a Graphic & UX/UI Design Intern.

You will contribute to EIC’s visual materials and digital interfaces. Depending on your specialization, you will work on graphic design, UX/UI mockups or projects combining both.

This internship takes place in Canada, in Montreal, Toronto or Vancouver.

You will work in an international professional environment that values collaboration, initiative and learning through practical work. A supervisor will help you understand priorities and take on responsibilities as your skills develop.

RESPONSIBILITIES

• Creative briefs: understand the objectives, audience and constraints of each asset.
• Graphic design: create visuals for campaigns, social media and presentations.
• Identity: apply brand guidelines and develop consistent design variations.
• User journeys: analyze navigation steps and identify points of friction.
• Mockups: create wireframes and prototypes that address project needs.
• Testing: gather feedback and refine designs before implementation.
• Collaboration: prepare assets for developers and marketing colleagues.
• Organization: maintain source files, versions and reusable components.
