Graphic Designer (Medical Communications)

Join Red Nucleus as a Graphic Designer (Medical Communications) and contribute to our global team! This role can be full-time remote in Ontario or hybrid based out of our Toronto office.

How You Will Contribute

You will work with our Medical Communications team to ensure the timely delivery of projects, adhering to style and branding guidelines. Collaborating with scientific, account, and management teams, you will:

• Transfer poster outlines into scientific poster templates using Adobe InDesign and PowerPoint
• Create and stylize slides in PowerPoint
• Incorporate PDF comments into InDesign files
• Translate branding styles into Word and PowerPoint documents
• Trace scientific graphs in Adobe Illustrator
• Edit and stylize graphs in PowerPoint
• Create visual representations of text and data
• Design infographics
• Communicate with team members to meet graphics needs

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design or related field
• Proficiency in Adobe InDesign, Illustrator, and Photoshop
• Strong knowledge of Microsoft Word, PowerPoint, and Excel
• Excellent organizational and time-management skills
• Attention to detail and quality focus
• Strong design and conceptualization skills
• Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Ability to build trust with clients and colleagues
• Knowledge of Adobe After Effects, Constant Contact, and motion graphics is a plus
