Key Responsibilities :

Strategic Design Leadership :

• Act as a tastemaker by crafting visually compelling designs that align with our brand's high standards and strategic initiatives. Contribute to overarching projects such as rebranding, pitch decks, and major campaigns.

Creative Execution :

• Collaborate closely with senior leaders, including the CEO and Directors, to translate briefs into stunning designs that tell a story. Lead the creation of impactful graphics for internal and external projects, avoiding routine tasks like simple thumbnails.

Motion Graphics & Illustration :

• Develop and execute advanced motion graphics and illustrations, contributing to innovative and artistic design projects that elevate our brand.

Cross-Functional Collaboration :

• Partner with teams across the organization, particularly with content and marketing leads, to ensure cohesive and high-quality design delivery.
• Stay ahead of design trends and emerging technologies, integrating cutting-edge tools and techniques to maintain a competitive edge.

Resource Coordination :

• Serve as a key resource for company-wide initiatives, supporting cross-functional needs with an adaptable and creative approach.

Key Requirements : Experience :

• Proven expertise in graphic design, illustration, and motion graphics, with a portfolio demonstrating advanced artistic skills and storytelling abilities.

Tools :

• Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, After Effects) and familiarity with additional motion graphics or design software. Bonus if experienced with emerging tools like AI for creative production.

Creative Problem-Solving :

• Strong ability to understand complex design briefs and translate them into visually impactful solutions that meet business objectives.

Fast-Paced Delivery :

• Comfortable working in a high-urgency environment with quick turnaround expectations and iterative processes.
