The Role :

As the Graphic Designer , you will be responsible for executing seamless production across a variety of media platforms. Your expertise in current print and digital production best practices will ensure that ideas are brought to life in the best way, making their presence felt in the real world—whether it’s on a screen, in a brochure, emblazoned on the hood of the latest EV, lit up by a stadium scoreboard, or even tattooed on a t-shirt. This individual will be key in driving the creative vision and execution for our clients, helping them achieve their branding and marketing goals.

A Day in The Life :

• Take pride in keeping your files on point (we’re talking, flawless).
• Hold brand guidelines in high regard, ensuring everyone adheres to them—always.
• Prioritize best practices in all design executions.
• Produce powerful PowerPoint presentations that captivate and inform.
• Design and produce visually compelling graphics for a variety of media platforms, including web, print, social media, and video.
• Develop motion graphics and animations for digital advertising and promotional videos to enhance storytelling and engagement.
• Create and adapt visual content for email marketing campaigns, ensuring consistency with brand aesthetics and messaging.
• Develop packaging design concepts that align with the brand's identity and resonate with target audiences.
• Optimize graphics and layouts for different screen sizes and resolutions to ensure a seamless user experience across devices.
• Conduct quality checks and proofing to ensure all deliverables meet the highest standards of excellence.
• Maintain an organized digital library of assets and ensure all project documentation is up-to-date and accessible.
• Continuously research and implement the latest design trends and technologies to keep our work fresh and innovative.

Are You the One?

• 3-5+ years of experience working as a Graphic Designer / Production Artist.
• Strong abilities in layout design, hierarchical principles, and data visualization.
• A design flair that produces impactful visual presentations while helping brands and stories shine.
• A knack for designing diagrams, charts, and infographics that effectively communicate complex data as a compelling part of the narrative.
• Experience with asset optimization across digital, mobile, and / or video platforms.
• A desire to work for leading global brands across a diverse range of industries and clients.
• Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (mainly InDesign, Photoshop, Illustrator, Acrobat, and XD).
• Expertise in current print and digital production best practices.
• The ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines, with the drive to take full ownership of every project, sweating the details from start to finish.
• Excellent communication and critical thinking skills.
• Advanced Photoshop skills, including image manipulation, puppet warp, and masking.
• A demonstrated design ability proven by a solid portfolio, with an aptitude in creating physical mock-ups for presentations and an eagle-eye for the details that lead to top-quality work.
• Flexibility and a collaborative mindset in working with Creative Directors, Art Directors, Account Supervisors, and more.
