Graphic Designer

THE ROLE

The role requires someone who is a rockstar performer with astrong graphics background who enjoys a variety of marketing responsibilitiesand collaborating in a team environment. A strong candidate will haveopportunities to evolve in many creative directions.

The successful candidate will be responsible for deliveringon the Corporate Marketing Strategy through Graphic Design CreativeDirection Art Direction and Print Management and relationship managementworking closely with internal clients.

This is afull-time permanent position working out of our impeccably designed andfurnished office. Youll mostly work from 9am to 5pm Monday to Friday withirregular or extended hours as projects demand.

THE DAY TO DAY

• The successful candidate will be responsible for thefollowing :
• Contribute to building the Contemporary Office Interiorsbrand through visual means in a way that clearly differentiates the brand andresonates with customers both internal and external
• Strong ability to create customer facing contentpresentations reports look-books and deliverables.
• Experience in creating and using InDesign to generatetemplates for use in customer proposals with strict delivery deadlines andguidelines
• Work with Marketing Team to brainstorm and enact annualstrategic plans to support rapidly growing companyCorporate Image andIdentity
• Develop and execute outstanding graphic marketing materialsincluding but not limited to design and layout for print and digitalcommunications creative proposals internal marketing graphics signage andevent collateral
• Collaborate with marketing team on social media strategy andposting
• Adhere to and promote corporate standards of size colorscheme and style to preserve company branding message
• Design and deliver ongoing email campaigns

Project Management

• Manage priorities and work successfully in a rapidlyevolving fast-paced team environment to meet due dates of multiple projects
• Maintains the cleanliness efficiency and overalleffectiveness of the proposal center
• Ensure adequate stock of paper supplies

Additional Marketing Responsibilities

• Support the marketing and sales team marketing programsevents promotions campaigns etc. that may not be specifically graphic designrelated
• Work with multiple internal clients and stakeholders
• Interest / experience in social media marketing a plus

YOU BRING THE FOLLOWING

• You areproficient in industry standard software : Illustrator Photoshop InDesignLightroom PowerPoint.
• You have astrong understanding of page layout and typography and experience managingprint collateral.
• This rolerequires strong attention to detail someone who is strategic decisive andflexible.
• Having theability to work on multiple projects and deadlines is essential and we wantsomeone who is self-directed with strong communication skills.
• These arecomplex sales where youll manage competing priorities multiple internal andexternal stakeholders and varying deliverables. Your experience in a similarlycomplex sales environment will be crucial for your success here. The number ofprojects youll have on the go at any given time will vary depending on theirsize and scope.
