Job summary

JAM CRM in Canada is seeking a Graphic Designer to join our team of 150+ experts in Liberty Village. The role supports Art Directors across email, social, video, web, and traditional Direct Marketing while maintaining brand consistency.

You will work in a hybrid setup, splitting time between our Toronto office and remote work, collaborating with Studio teams, and delivering high-quality design under tight deadlines. Proficiency in Figma, Photoshop, InDesign, and Illustrator is required.

Qualifications

• Post-secondary education related to Graphic Design
• Able to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines
• Fluent in design software (Figma, Photoshop, InDesign, Illustrator)
• Strong attention to detail
• Working knowledge of web development best practices (HTML5, CSS)

Responsibilities

• Support Art Directors by setting up files and making design edits for email, social media, video, web, and traditional Direct Marketing collateral
• Execute design concepts and layouts under direction of Art Directors, ensuring accuracy and attention to detail
• Maintain brand consistency across all projects and deliverables
• Collaborate with Studio teams to ensure technical requirements are met
• Receive and implement feedback efficiently, with a positive and collaborative attitude

This is a hybrid role and employees are expected to work from our Toronto office three days per week.
