Role Overview:

As a UI/UX or Graphic Designer, you will be responsible for designing impactful, user-centered digital and visual assets that enhance brand presence and user experience.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Design and develop prototypes, and mock-ups that bring digital concepts to life.
2. Translate UI/UX ideas into functional and visually compelling user interfaces.
3. Collaborate closely with developers, business analysts, and the product owner to ensure high-fidelity execution of design concepts.
4. Maintain consistent branding and visual standards across all digital assets and user touchpoints.
5. Create high-quality graphic assets to support marketing, communications, and branding initiatives.
6. Actively participate in design reviews, implement feedback, and continuously iterate to improve design quality.
7. Optimize designs for performance, accessibility, scalability, and cross-platform consistency.
8. Manage multiple design projects efficiently while meeting deadlines and project goals.

What We’re Looking For:

• Minimum of 1-2 years of hands-on experience in UI/UX and graphic design
• A strong portfolio showcasing your graphic design or UI/UX skills across different types of projects is an asset.
• Knowledge of popular UI/UX or graphic design tools such as Figma, Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign)
• Knowledge of AI in using various graphic design or UI/UX tools.
• A meticulous eye for detail, fueled by your passion for UI/UX design.
