Our client, a consumer electronics company, is looking for aGraphic Designerto join their team inNiagara Falls, Ontario. Reporting
directly to Marketing Manager, the Graphic Designer will be responsible for working across a wide range of multimedia and website projects to help elevate visual storytelling and bring the organization's brands to life.
What Youll Be Responsible For :
- Designing product manuals, quick start guides, and Amazon A+ enhanced content with clear, user-friendly layouts.
- Leading the front-end design and user interface of four e-commerce websites.
- Editing and optimizing product and lifestyle images for brand websites, e-commerce marketplaces, and other digital platforms.
- Designing and building optimized landing pages, product pages, and category pages to drive conversions.
- Enhancing user experience (UX) and interface design (UI) for both mobile and desktop users.
- Developing realistic 3D product mock-ups based on R&D specifications.
- Creating a wide variety of visual assets including infographics, illustrations, icons, and logos.
- Producing engaging motion graphics and visual effects for use in promotional campaigns and product videos.
- Designing compelling print materials such as brochures, flyers, posters, and business cards.
- Managing website content and executing responsive web design.
- Collaborating with internal teams and external creative agencies to ensure brand consistency across all media.
Qualifications :
The Ideal Candidate :
- Post-secondary degree or diploma in Multimedia Design, Graphic Design, or other related field.
- 3 5 years of professional experience in graphic and web design, preferably within the consumer products sector.
- Strong portfolio showcasing a range of digital, print, and web design work.
- Advanced proficiency in Adobe Creative Cloud (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, After Effects)
- Solid understanding of visual design principles including color theory, composition, and typography.
Complimentary Experience :
- Experience working with CMS platforms, specifically Magento 2, would be considered a strong asset.
- Previous working experience with ClickUp would be considered an asset.
- Highly organized, detail-oriented, and capable of managing multiple deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong collaboration skills with the ability to integrate feedback and maintain brand standards.
