We are looking for a highlydetail-oriented Graphic Designer to join our creative team. This role requires more than just strong visual design skills; you must bring precision, accountability, and a sharp eye for consistency and quality across every asset. In addition to creating compelling digital and print materials, you'll contribute to brand refresh initiatives and produce polished, high-qualityproduct mockups. Key Responsibilities:

• Brand Development & Design Execution:
  • Translate business and marketing goals into high-impact visual designs that elevate the brand across channels.
  • Contribute tobrand refresh initiatives, helping evolve our visual identity while maintaining consistency.
  • Maintain and expand design systems using tools likeZeroheight, ensuring brand cohesion across teams and platforms.
    
• Marketing & Digital Assets:
  • Design polished, on-brand assets forweb, social media, presentations, email, brochures, and internal materials.
  • Createhigh-quality product mockups and visualizations that bring fintech products and experiences to life.
  • Collaborate with the marketing team to concept and execute promotional campaigns and product launches.
    
• Web & UI Support:
  • Designhomepage banners, promotional graphics, landing pages, microsites, and other web experiences.
  • Work within aWordPress environment basic knowledge ofHTML/CSS is a plus.
  • UseFigma to collaborate on UI/UX concepts and create responsive design assets when needed.
    
• Design Quality & Proofing:
  • Deliverproduction-ready files that are polished, accurate, and error-free your attention to detail is unmatched.
  • Routinely check for alignment, spacing, consistency in icons, gradients, and typography before submitting final work.
  • Maintain organized file structures and version control for all design projects.
    
• Workflow & Collaboration:
  • Useproject management tools (Asana, Trello, ClickUp, or similar) to manage tasks and timelines efficiently.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, take feedback constructively, and drive design projects forward independently.

Requirements:

• 5+ years of professional graphic design experience.
• ProvenB2B experience only candidates with B2B backgrounds will be considered.
• Experience working withfintech, SaaS, or enterprise software brands is highly preferred.
• Proficiency inFigma for collaborative design work.
• Familiarity withZeroheight or similar design system documentation platforms.
• Meticulous attention to detail able to spot small inconsistencies (e.g., icon sizing, gradient misalignment).
• Strong proofreading and quality control skills only submitting error-free, ready-to-ship assets.
• Familiarity withWordPress; basic HTML/CSS knowledge is a plus.
• Experience creatingproduct mockups and visualizing digital products.
• Organized, efficient, and able to manage multiple projects at once.
• Fluent inEnglish (written and verbal) with excellent communication skills.

Bonus Skills:

• Familiarity withemail design and marketing automation platforms (e.g., ActiveCampaign, HubSpot)
• Knowledge ofaccessibility and responsive design best practices
• Experience working withinB2B fintech marketing teams
