Job description

Frontier Dental is looking for a talented, versatile, and highly creative Graphic Designer to join our in-house marketing team and help build and bring brands to life from the ground up. You’ll partner closely with key stakeholders across the business to shape how our private label brands and products show up in market, from the packaging customers hold in their hands to the digital experiences that introduce, educate, and inspire them.

Packaging will be the primary focus to start, with a significant pipeline of products and brands to develop. But this is far from a packaging-only role. You’ll work across the complete brand portfolio, digital and print, including website and eCommerce content, social media, catalogues, campaigns, product launches, sales materials, and other creative assets.

For a designer who loves variety, brand building, and seeing their work come to life across every customer touchpoint, this is an incredible opportunity to make a real impact.

Key responsibilities and how you will make an impact:
  • Design and develop product packaging across our growing private label portfolio, from initial concepts through production-ready artwork.
  • Partner with key stakeholders to help build, evolve, and maintain the visual identities of our private label brands.
  • Create compelling website and eCommerce content, including product imagery, graphics, banners, landing-page assets, and other digital creative.
  • Design catalogues, sales materials, campaigns, product launch assets, print collateral, and other marketing materials.
  • Bring consistency to each brand across the full customer experience, ensuring packaging, digital, print, and marketing creative work together cohesively.
  • Translate product positioning and brand strategy into creative that is clear, differentiated, and visually compelling.
  • Prepare accurate, production-ready packaging and print files while ensuring brand and applicable compliance requirements are met.
  • Collaborate cross-functionally with Marketing, Product, Purchasing, Operations, Sales, and other teams to bring new products and brands to market.
  • Maintain organized brand guidelines, packaging files, creative assets, and version control across the portfolio.
Qualifications & Experience:
  • Proven graphic design experience with a strong portfolio demonstrating packaging, brand, digital, and print work.
  • Strong proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite, particularly InDesign, Illustrator, and Photoshop, as well as Figma or similar digital design tools.
  • Strong understanding of packaging design, dielines, prepress, print production, and production-ready artwork.
  • Experience designing digital and eCommerce creative, including website and social media assets.
  • Strong eye for brand consistency and the ability to translate a visual identity across multiple channels and formats.
  • Ability to balance big-picture creative thinking with exceptional attention to detail.
  • Experience designing trade show and event materials, including booth graphics, signage, banners, displays, promotional materials, and other large-format print assets.
  • Excellent time management skills and the ability to manage multiple products, brands, projects, and deadlines simultaneously.
  • Strong collaboration skills and experience partnering with stakeholders across different areas of a business.
  • Experience with packaging in healthcare, dental, medical, pharmaceutical, or another regulated industry is a strong asset.
  • Experience working within regulatory or compliance requirements is considered an asset.
  • Experience with video editing and motion graphics is a plus.
  • High-impact role with real ownership
  • Collaborative HR team and supportive leadership
  • Opportunity to help build and scale talent programs
  • A fun, focused, and execution-driven environment
