  • Expert Design Knowledge: Apply your expertise in graphic design, packaging design, and print production to deliver high-quality materials across various formats.
  • Mechanical Layouts & Pre-Press: Prepare detailed mechanical layouts and pre-press files for a wide range of substrates, such as labels, shrink sleeves, direct prints, and cards.
  • Brand Consistency: Ensure that all designs maintain a consistent and cohesive look and feel, aligned with the brand’s overall vision and identity.
  • Vendor & Collaboration Management: Manage internal teams and third-party collaborators to ensure projects are executed smoothly and efficiently.
  • Pre-Flight & File Management: Oversee the pre-flight process for all print-ready materials, ensuring proper archiving, retrieval, and organization of graphic production files, source files, and templates.
  • Labeling Standards: Understanding of legal & regulatory requirements, and warning/hazard symbols for packaging (e.g., FDA, country-specific labeling)
  • Creative Solutions: Provide innovative and practical design solutions that support product development and marketing strategies.
  • Research & Trend Analysis: Stay informed on industry trends, best practices, and consumer insights to offer fresh, relevant design recommendations.
  • Cross-Functional Collaboration: Partner with cross-functional teams to optimize workflows and ensure timely delivery of assets, meeting tight production deadlines.
  • Multitasking & Prioritization: Manage multiple projects simultaneously in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment, with the ability to adapt to changing priorities.
  • Teamwork & Independence: Thrive both as a self-starter and within a collaborative team environment, demonstrating flexibility and strong communication skills.
What you bring
