About your Role

As a member of the Marketing team the Coop Graphic Design & Social is responsible for creation and execution of all graphic initiatives and social media execution as directed by Marketing.

This position includes all print & digital collateral for emails website socials signage manuals and more. This role assists the Marketing team in driving the marketing / sales funnel and contributing to market share growth for mortgage origination and investments and requires attention to detail creativity agility and organization.

What youll work on :

Creation of graphics for digital & print including sell sheets trade show materials (posters banners backdrops) policies website and more.

Creation of all graphics & posts for social.

Execution of social media calendar.

Updating forms across the organizations to ensure consistent Magenta branding is applied.

Responding to all inquiries / requests within established turnaround times.

Providing exceptional customer service on consistent and ongoing basis to internal teams.

Collaborating with the Marketing team in supporting the continuous development of campaigns and other initiatives.

Ensuring compliance with privacy antimoney laundering antiterrorist financing and antifraud policies.

Assisting leadership with adhoc requests special projects and new initiatives as required.

What you should have :

Strong organizational and timemanagement skills.

Ability to manage expectations in an environment of highvolume processing with tight turnaround times.

Strong interpersonal and communication skills given the need to optimally manage key relationships with our internal team.

Proven ability to work both independently and collaboratively within a team environment.

Proficiency with the Microsoft Office suite of products as well as CANVA and Photoshop.

Experience with CRM tools such as HubSpot or Salesforce is an asset.

Enrolled in University / College Degree in a relevant field.
