Job summary

Parrish & Heimbecker, Limited (P&H) is seeking an Operations Administrator to support the Grain division's office operations. Reporting to the General Manager, you will handle daily administrative tasks and serve as the first point of contact for producer and customer calls.

You will maintain records, assist with HACCP and safety documentation, and help coordinate grain movement, quality monitoring, and other routine operations at the facility.

Qualifications

• Post-secondary education in business administration, agriculture, or equivalent experience.
• Exceptional customer service and interpersonal skills.
• Decision making and problem-solving abilities.
• Ability to maintain accuracy in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Perform general administrative tasks to support office operations.
• Provide exceptional customer service in person, by phone, and at the reception desk.
• Maintain filing for all documentation per auditing standards.
• Assist with safety/HACCP documentation.
• Assist with operational duties including movement and sampling of grain, monitoring grain quality shipments, and other processes involved in the operations of the grain facility.
• Other duties as assigned.
