Job summary

At Atlassian's Grad++ program, youll join a team in Canada (Burnaby, Richmond or Vancouver) to build production-ready features across Jira, Confluence, and Trello. Youll own projects end-to-end, collaborating with senior engineers, PMs, and designers in an Agile setting.

Youll apply AI/ML with modern frameworks, tackling distributed systems challenges and data-driven validation while receiving hands-on mentorship and growth opportunities.

Qualifications

• Currently enrolled full-time in CS/SE or related field and graduating by August 2027.
• Proficiency in Python/Java or similar languages with AI/ML exposure and fundamentals.
• Proven software development experience through internships, projects, or publications.
• Strong understanding of data structures, algorithms, and AI/ML patterns.

Responsibilities

• Build production-ready features for Atlassian products used by millions.
• Own end-to-end projects from design to deployment and monitoring.
• Collaborate in Agile teams with engineers, PMs, and designers.
• Innovate with AI/ML technologies and modern frameworks.
