Mott MacDonald Canada in Toronto is inviting graduates to join Blueprint, a structured three-year development journey designed with an award-winning learning provider to build professional, commercial, and personal effectiveness skills.

You will work with experienced engineers, participate in client meetings, design engineering solutions, refine technical designs, and grow through immersive learning, mentorship, and a supportive, collaborative culture.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Electrical Engineering or related field.
• Preferred: successful completion of EIT exam or ability to take EIT within 12 months.
• Demonstrated interest through internships, volunteering, or memberships.

Multiple factors such as qualifications, overall experience, and position responsibilities will be used to determine the successful candidate's actual salary within the expected range.

The expected salary range for this position is from $75,000 - $83,000.
