Job summary

Mott MacDonald invites passionate individuals to join a three-month summer internship program in Toronto, ON. You will work alongside engineering consultants and mentors, gaining exposure to design, site work, and client interactions within a collaborative, inclusive culture.

Applicants are pursuing Civil Engineering, Urban Planning, or related fields and should demonstrate initiative, teamwork, and a client-focused mindset. Hybrid work and light mentorship are provided.

Qualifications

• Progress toward a Bachelor's or Master's degree in Civil Engineering, Urban Planning, Transportation Planning or related field.
• Demonstrated interest through internships, volunteering, or memberships.
• Creative thinking with a methodical, pragmatic approach to problem solving.
• Proficient communication and presentation skills to engage clients and colleagues.

This position is located in Toronto, ON . You must be able to reliably commute to our office in this location, per our hybrid working policy.

Benefits & Rewards

Multiple factors such as qualifications, overall experience, and position responsibilities will be used to determine the successful candidate's actual salary within the expected range.

The expected salary range for this position is from $18/hr - $35/hr.
