Job summary

HH Angus is launching the 2027 New Graduate Rotational Program for electrical engineering graduates. You will rotate through multidisciplinary project teams, gaining exposure from concept to commissioning on healthcare, commercial, data centre, and transportation projects.

You will receive formal mentorship, hands-on training, and structured development as you contribute to design, documentation, and execution while growing your professional skills in a collaborative, hybrid work environment.

Qualifications

• 4-year University Degree in Electrical Engineering or equivalent program (graduating 2027).
• Familiarity with AutoCAD and Revit is an asset.
• Forward-thinking, eager to learn best practices and contribute innovative ideas.
• Strong accuracy, documentation, and organizational skills.
• Ability to collaborate effectively in multi-disciplinary teams.
• Demonstrated curiosity, adaptability, and drive to broaden your technical expertise.

Responsibilities

• Prepares drawings, designs, and calculations for engineering projects and assignments of low complexity.
• Assesses design constructability and makes edits to existing design specifications with support and guidance from more senior engineers.
• Delivers all assigned tasks on a timely basis meeting project deadlines.
• Assist in developing standards and reports with support and guidance from more senior engineers.
• Effectively applies tools and methodologies used for product and service delivery (e.g., AutoCAD, HHA Drawing Standards, Plotters, etc.).
• Ensures timesheets, logs, and files are accurate and up to date.
• Works under the supervision of a more senior engineer in solving problems.
• Other duties as required.

The expected salary for this role is between $65,000 to $74,000 annually. Base salaries are determined considering several factors such as skills and competencies, experience, education, and internal and external competitiveness. Along with your base salary we offer a wide array of programs that include our Short Term Incentive bonus program, technical and business training, mentoring, wellness initiatives, the opportunity to participate in our coveted Defined Benefit Pension plan, flexible work arrangement, and hybrid work structure.
