Job summary

BHP in Saskatchewan is offering a 24‑month Graduate Engineer program designed to build technical expertise and leadership. You will rotate through multiple teams, gain hands-on experience, and contribute to meaningful projects within a world-class mining company.

Applicants should have recently completed a degree in a listed engineering discipline or be set to graduate by mid‑2027. Relocation support is available, with potential assignments at the Jansen Site or Saskatoon office.

The Challenge Ahead

As a Graduate Engineer, you'll join BHP’s structured 24-month graduate program designed to build both technical expertise and professional capability. The program focuses on developing leadership potential, strengthening problem-solving skills, supporting change, and achieving results.

Throughout the program, you'll gain hands‑on experience through rotations across multiple teams, allowing you to build technical capability, work with diverse stakeholders, and broaden your understanding of a world-class mining business.

Working alongside experienced leaders and multidisciplinary teams, you’ll contribute to meaningful projects while developing the skills, confidence, and network needed to build a successful long‑term career with BHP.

Work Location

Depending on the role, opportunities are available at the Jansen Site and the Saskatoon downtown office.
