Wayfinders is seeking a Primary Class Teacher (Grades 1–5) to join our growing, nature-rooted learning community at Meadowstone Farm. This is not a conventional classroom role—it is an invitation to co-create a living, breathing education grounded in Waldorf principles, forest school rhythms, and the richness of land-based learning.

✨ About the Role

• Teach a mixed-age class of ~20 children (ages 7–11)
• Lead two daily Main Lesson blocks:
• Ages 7–8 (Grades 1–2)
• Ages 9–11 (Grades 3–5)
• Co-teach in partnership with a seasoned nature education guide, integrating academic and outdoor learning
• Design and deliver a Waldorf-inspired curriculum which covers literacy and numeracy within a model of place-based education
• Collaborate with handwork and woodwork specialists, and be part of a full Waldorf-inspired program including kindergarten
