Qualifications

• Experience in early childhood or elementary education is preferred.
• Strong knowledge of Waldorf educational philosophy and practices is highly desirable.
• Excellent communication skills with students, parents, colleagues, and community members.
• Demonstrated organizational skills for lesson plans, student records, and classroom materials.
• Experience with individuals with disabilities or in special education environments is a plus.
• Ability to incorporate arts-based activities into daily lessons.
• Strong time management for lesson planning, student engagement, assessments, and parent interactions.
• Experience with handwork skills (woodwork, carpentry, crocheting, knitting) is an asset.

Requirements
