Job summary

Bombardier is seeking a Senior Analyst, Governance, reporting to the Director of Governance, Office of the President & CEO. You will coordinate governance activities, prepare executive materials, and maintain dashboards and reporting tools for leadership reviews.

You will collaborate with Finance, HR, Legal, Procurement, Operations, and other functions to ensure timely governance execution and alignment with corporate goals.

Qualifications

• At least 10 years of governance, project management, business operations, corporate planning, finance or related experience.

Responsibilities

• Plan, coordinate, and prepare executive-level materials for Leadership Team.
• Support governance forums, reviews, and leadership meetings.
• Coordinate meeting agendas, action items, and governance deliverables.
