Job description

The Governance and Reporting Analyst will play a critical role within the Portfolio Governance & Delivery (PGD) team of Enterprise Technology and Services (ETS). This position supports the effective governance and strategic execution of the Firm's technology initiatives by delivering timely, accurate reporting and ensuring compliance with governance frameworks. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, organized, and thrives in a fast-paced, cross-functional environment.

Key Responsibilities

1. Enforce governance standards and support policy adherence across the technology portfolio
2. Monitor project compliance, assist in updating documentation to reflect best practices
3. Coordinate and facilitate project delivery review meetings, capturing detailed notes, action items, and follow-ups
4. Maintain and update dependency logs, collaborating with teams to mitigate risks and timeline impacts
5. Support the onboarding and offboarding of projects, ensuring full process and policy compliance
6. Lead reporting processes, including data gathering, analysis, and the creation of impactful data visualizations
7. Deliver insights on portfolio performance through effective presentation and dashboard creation
8. Work cross-functionally to support continuous process improvements

Required Qualifications

1. 3–5 years of experience in project management governance, reporting, or related roles
2. Knowledge of project governance principles, dependency tracking, and financial reporting
3. Strong organizational skills with excellent attention to detail
4. Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, especially Excel and PowerPoint
5. Strong written and verbal communication skills with the ability to convey complex data simply
6. Ability to handle multiple priorities and meet deadlines in a high-pressure environment
7. Proactive problem-solver with a collaborative approach

Preferred Qualifications

1. Background in technology and financial services
2. Familiarity with portfolio management tools and reporting platforms
3. Experience working in large, cross-functional teams
4. Strong data visualization skills using tools such as Power BI or Tableau (a plus)
