Job summary

Within Range Golf Centre in Thornhill is seeking a Director of Golf Instruction to lead and grow our instructional operation for the 2027 season. You will own the program, build a coaching team and deliver high-quality private and group instruction using technology like Toptracer.

The role blends teaching, leadership, and business development, with responsibility for program development, partnerships, and a premier customer experience across all ages and abilities.

Qualifications

• PGA of Canada membership or equivalent.
• Experience coaching juniors and adults.
• Leadership or management experience.
• Willing to recruit and mentor instructors.

Responsibilities

• Lead the instructional department and establish coaching standards.
• Recruit, onboard and mentor golf instructors.
• Develop and implement new instructional programs for all levels.
• Promote programs to grow lesson bookings and participation.
