You will teach across varying skill levels, document lessons, and promote GOLFTEC services while contributing to a strong team culture and ongoing professional development.

Qualifications

• PGA of Canada member in good standing with passion for teaching.
• Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills.
• Mobility to stand, bend, kneel or crouch for extended periods and lift items over 30 pounds.

Responsibilities

• Use professional teaching expertise to create lesson plans for students of varying skill levels.
• Recommend GOLFTEC services (TECFIT Club Fitting, outdoor lessons, short game instruction).
• Document every lesson and publish recaps in the online portal.
• Maintain training center, equipment and technology.
• Participate in continuing education and promotional activities.
