Job summary

Wing Assistant is hiring a Go-to-Market Associate to drive outbound opportunities and book qualified meetings for the sales team. You’ll identify companies with active hiring needs, research targets, and communicate Wing’s value as a faster, scalable alternative to traditional hiring.

You will work on building a healthy pipeline, collaborating with the revenue team, and refining messaging based on what resonates with prospects, while aiming for growth into broader go-to-market roles.

Qualifications

• 1–4+ years in sales, appointment setting, cold calling, recruiting, staffing, lead generation, or similar roles.
• Interest in go-to-market strategy and pipeline generation.
• Proven background in prospecting and high-volume outbound outreach.
• Strong written and verbal communication with concise messaging.
• Comfort reaching out to companies open to remote talent and AI-enabled workforce solutions.

Responsibilities

• Identify companies actively hiring for Wing-supported roles.
• Research target accounts to understand hiring needs and Wing fit.
• Reach out via email, phone, LinkedIn, and other channels.
• Run outbound campaigns around hiring needs and pain points.
• Book qualified appointments for the sales team.
• Collaborate with revenue teams to maintain a healthy pipeline.
